l When you have won more than one auction, please wait for all auctions to end. We will send the final combined invoice to your eBay registered email address. We offer combined shipping discount up to 50% off.

l The postage includes all handling, packaging material and full insurance. We try to be as fair as possible when working out the shipping costs. If you feel the shipping amount is high, please check the total price of the auction to see if you are still getting the cheapest overall price. If you feel you are not getting the best value, or think the shipping fee is unfair in any way, please do not bid or buy.
l If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you may have to pay another shipping fee for the re-delivery (Provided that the item is returned to us by the Postal Service Provider). We are NOT responsible if the item is lost.
l All items are packed with extra care by our trained warehouse staff. Eurekaonlinestore never ship an item that is damaged or even if the packaging is damaged. If you have receive a package that is damaged, it is most likely that it was damaged during the transportation process. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

l A tracking number will be provided via our messaging system when your item is posted.
l All items have Australian warranty as listed in their respective item listing.
l For item that is received faulty or damaged, buyers must report all faults or damages to us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame.
l For items requiring warranty service within the specified warranty period, please contact our customer service team.
l Buyers may be required to provide photos of the damaged goods.
l Before any item can be sent back, a return authorization number (RA No.) must be obtained from us.
l For refunds and replacements, the item must be in a saleable condition with original packaging and complete with all components and accessories or it will be refused.
l Once you have the RA No., please package the product securely and Mark Return Authorize No on the outside of the box. RETURNS WHICH ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A RA NUMBER. OR INPROPERLY PACKAGED WILL BE REJECTED.
l Buyer is liable for the all return postage of the product for warranty, replacement or refund.
l We will pay to send the received faulty/damaged replacement back to the buyer, except when the item is found to be not faulty, a testing fee and re-shipping fee will need to paid before item is sent back.
l All returns need to be sent within 14 days of issuing RA No. or new RA No. would need to be obtained.
l Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the item to arrive at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the item. We will process your return item(s) within 5 business days. Also, you will receive another e-mail advising the outcome of the return.
l All refunds will be made the same way the original payment was made.
l Refund will be given back as store credit or money back. Only item price is eligible for refund. Postage is NOT refundable. A re-stocking fee of $10 per returned item ($12.95 for items weighing in excess of 25kgs) will be deducted from the refund amount. This re-stocking fee is waived if you choose to take the store credit.
