Greetings and Blessings!!! I went to my mailbox today and discovered a follow-up "thank you" note. What a CLASS ACT. It would be something that I would do. Incidentally, out of the 9 clocks I purchased, you were the only one's that accurately portrayed the clock and asked a fair price. I can't say I have been overly ecstatic about the others. In two cases in order to conserve the clocks to fine condition, it will far exceed their value. I have discovered that a few people didn't know much about clocks and can't really describe them accurately and subsequently "left out important details or didn't answer the questions properly." [Whether they did know or not is only known to their conscious and the Creator.] I have also discovered that a few people "faked" their photos by camera angles and lighting and purposely left out details when questions were asked. Some people have been remiss in shipping the item promptly. Others have flat-out refused to answer specific questions. Basically I most likely will go back to visiting shops and using my own eye to assess a potential buy. BUT be assured, I most likely will check your website from time-to-time to see what you have to offer in this genre.

The chairs look spectacular! I've only unwrapped one of the chairs so far (you did an amazing packing job!), and we are thrilled! The size, the lines--even the color of the upholstery--are perfect for my setting, in a Craftsman-style house we built new to look old. Thank you so much. I'll finish the unpacking job this evening and will let you know if there are any problems. But so far, so good. Thank you so much. We are Francophiles, so the French origin is an extra "lagniappe," as they say in Louisiana. We hope to stop by your store next time we go visit our friends who live near Greenville. Dear Aimee and Greg, My husband and I visited your store last Friday and Saturday and I wanted you to know that I am delighted with all of the items we bought. I couldn't wait to get home to arrange the new pieces in my home near Lexington. The two pewter steins and the tureen were wonderful additions to my collection of pewter. The copper milk can looks great in the kitchen and the crockery now forms a focal point on the kitchen island. We also enjoyed petting Rudi.

Aimee/Greg - Rack arrived and I am simply speechless. This really blew away my expectations. It's simply beautiful and in fantastic shape. Some discoloration (white streak) down one side but hopefully the wood treatment you sent will fix that. The copper bed warmer arrived safely yesterday and it is an absolute beauty - very unique, great quality & weight to it & love the cutwork/design on its top.  I think I am going to find a place to put it in the Hallway so people can see it and perhaps fill it with some Potpourri for a nice scent when people enter.
