Your listings are single dress listings, What if I want to buy more dresses for the same style?
Our listings are designed in a "One Dress One Listing" form. However, from time to time we have 24/50 dresses in a single listing, you can find them in our ebay store http://stores.ebay.com.au/Ever-PrettyAU_LOTS-WHOLESALE.

Why can't I bid on an item?
We have set some restrictions for bidders who:
have a feedback score of -1 or lower;
are currently winning or have bought 3 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 5 or lower;
Have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days;
Have a feedback score of 0 or lower and haven't gone through phone verification.
This setting is to help keep ebay community a better place for all buyers.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we have a combined shipping policy for our customers. Maximum quantity per invoice is 5 items. Items purchased within 5 days time are eligible for combined shipping.
I want to pay all my items together, but they are not combined in eBay?
You can pay your items together (up to 5 items), although they will not look combined in eBay. This is because we use an off eBay secured checkout system and your items are combined automatically when you check out.
How do I know shipping charges for multiple items before I decided to buy?
Shipping charge is based on total weight.
For some counties we have air mail as well as express shipping and they have different rates. If you know all the dresses you want to buy, write down the weight of each item in the listing and add them up, and use the shipping calculator in any of the listings to convert your total weight into shipping charges.
If you buy more you will actually spend less on each dress for shipping.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?
Please allow an estimated 1-4 weeks for air mail delivery depending on the destination.
For faster delivery or urgent use of garment, please use express delivery if it is available for the specific country. Express post will take 5-7 working days.
Please note that Ever-Pretty is not responsible for the service transit time; the information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times may vary particularly during peak periods.
What about the quality of the dresses?
Ever-Pretty exemplifies the standards of beauty and quality. All of our dresses are made from the highest quality and brand new with tags.
Every garment is hand inspected carefully before delivery and quality is never sacrificed.
Can I get the item in the color the model is wearing?
If you are interested in the color the model is wearing, the best way is to take the 5 digit dress code beside the model, and ask us for the availability of that dress, or you can search the code on our website:

Do I need to copy the whole listing title to ask for questions for a specific item? No, there is a unique 5 digit code for each of our items which are always put on the picture. You can simply refer to that code for a specific item.
I wrote several mails to you, but never get any reply mail, why?
All mails will be answered within 24-48 hours upon reception. If you do not receive our response after 48 hours, please check if you have sent your original message to the correct email address.
There are two other possibilities that you do not receive our reply:
1. Your email did not arrive us.
2. Our reply did not reach you.
If either case has occurred, please contact us via eBay message system, and we will contact you in the same way if we find such an error.
Why the color of the dress I received is a little different from the dress in the listing picture? All of our listing pictures are pictures of the real dresses and no color alternations have ever been performed. The color discrepancy may be different due to lighting factors and different computer screen settings.
Do you have this item in another size or color? Everprettyshop sells hundreds of styles each week and our inventory is constantly changing. In fact, our clothes sell so quickly that we often have only a few sizes available in a particular style. For your convenience you can click the Green Check Other Colors&Sizes or Buy it Now Button under the description of the item in every listing. What is the total amount I owe for my eBay purchases? The total amount due is the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of shipping and handling. Your total will be automatically calculated during checkout. For combined items, shipping discount will automatically apply. To start checkout, You can either use the brown "pay now" button in any of the listings that you won or click the pay now button in your winning item list in ebay, or or click the link in the winning buyer notifications or checkout reminder emails we sent to you.
Do I need to contact you to arrange payment? If you win all your items within 5 days and total quantity in under 5 items, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Your items will be put together during checkout, even if they are not combined in ebay. Total shipping charges are calculated based on total weight and shipping method you choose.
