I ordered some gaskets from them and there was an issue with the shipment. i tried to get in touch with them on ebay where it has contact seller. It would not let me message them. I found and contacted the company directly and we got things squared away. I was happy dealing with the gasket company. But I will not be doing much with ebay. since they dont let you contact the seller if there is an issue, I have no reason to deal with ebay in the future. Bob H

This "new" item looked like they played street hockey with it then shipped it to me. These scratches didn't happen in the box, they SHIPPED IT TO ME LIKE THIS and then they NEVER APOLOGIZED and simply told me to "return for a refund and then re-order the item" at the SAME TIME they raised the price on the same item! I painted the cover and used it just so I wouldn't have to deal with them again. VERY POOR attitude and NOT customer oriented.
