We ship via confirmed delivery Mail so we can track all shipments to ensure delivery comfirmation and to help prevent fraudulent claims. Most of our customers are wonderful and honest people but we have run into a few liars, cons, scams, frauds and scoundrels along the way. If you do not receive your item within two weeks(unless noted in ad) of placing your order, you should contact us so we can trace your shipment. If we failed to ship, then we will either refund your payment or reship your item. However, if we receive a confirmed delivery from the USPS, it will be your responsibility to take up the matter with your local Post Office and Postmaster or UPS. We will forward all shipping & tracking information to you but otherwise will bear no liability in the matter. Sorry but those few less than honest people we have encountered forced us to take this measure.
