We do our best to ensure you get your products in good order, on time.
We reserve the right to upgrade postage without notice. This can help toward meeting / exceeding delivery estimates, and is useful to us for weight considerations, or for tracking orders of value.
Occasionally we upgrade postage in response to busy periods.
Sometimes we will split packages into several smaller ones, or send multiple items together.
Please add a note to us when ordering if you have any packing preferences.
Buyers do not pay extra if we chose to upgrade them.
Returns & exchanges are automatically sent 1st class, or equivalent.
Postage overseas has changed in price a lot recently, and we have had to alter our catalogue to suit. There may be postal fee errors:
If we under-estimate postage we will cover the difference.
If we over-estimate it significantly, we will refund part of the fees.
Generally, we try to be as fair as possible about it.
Postage (under contract) is no longer insured by Royal Mail, so losses are covered directly by us. Please bear this in mind when you look at our P&P charges.
Finally - if something is urgent, tell us the deadline in the notes when ordering, do not chose economy delivery.
1st class takes an estimated 1-3 working days,
2nd class post takes an estimated 2-5 working days from dispatch.
In all cases a minimum of 2% of all deliveries (we send hundreds of items daily) encounter delays or problems. We will work around it, please just contact us!
