SHIPPING/HANDLING: FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail for orders totaling over $75 (applies to US domestic, CANADA & APO/FPO destinations & specific listings (< 1 LB Total Weight) ONLY! Multiple purchases MUST end within a 72-hour period and be paid in ONE invoice to be eligible.) Shipping fees to Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are dependent upon package weight and destination (unless auction is listed with Flat Rate fee), shipping out of San Diego, California, USA, 92129.  Express shipment for additional fee(s) is also available if preferred or requested.  International shipping fees are dependent upon package weight and destination, unless auction is listed with Flat Rate fee.  We are not responsible for any other fees (duty, tax, customs, etc) imposed or required by the country of destination. We'll combine shipping and charge one discounted fee for lingerie orders purchased within 24 hours through our e-Bay auctions or e-Bay Store, unless otherwise noted in specific listings.  Usual discounted/combined shipping rate is one shipping fee PLUS ~$1.00 for EACH additional lingeire item when shipped together.  If you are interested in bidding/purchasing any of our other auctioned items ending at a later time, please contact us so we can hold shipment and include all items in one shipping.  For non-lingerie items, please contact us for specifics.  We add a minimal handling fee to all shipments.

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY: For Continental USA, shipment is immediate (usually within 24 hours) upon receipt confirmation and clearance of online payment.  To keep our customers happy, we often take a last trip at the end of the day and rush to the Post Office to ship items before 5 PM (PST), Monday-Saturday, so if you are interested in bidding/purchasing any of our other auctioned items ending at a later time, please let us know immediately when processing payment for your first item so we can include all items in one shipment and charge you one discounted shipping rate.  Shipment outside continental USA and international destinations is immediate as well, but delivery will take longer depending upon country of destination, its postal services, and customs policy.  If you feel the delivery is taking longer than expected during non-holiday/peak periods, please contact us so we can follow-up on it.  WE ASSURE VERY DISCREET PACKAGING and well protected "fragile" items!
 

GIFT/GIFTWRAP:  Gift-wrap available for a minimal fee of $3.00 per package.  We will ship it (usually within 24 hours of confirmed payment) directly to the recipient, if requested.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our merchandise, only unused and unworn merchandise with tags still intact will be considered for return, exchange or refund (minus S&H and listing fees) provided the buyer contacts us within 3 days of confirmed delivery and item(s) shipped back to us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.  The same Return Policy applies to non-lingerie items (buyer must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery to be considered for return, exchange, or refund.)  Please read Return Terms below for more details.  

FEEDBACK POLICY: As soon as you leave us a feedback (hopefully a positive one), this informs us that the SALE TRANSACTION has been totally completed.  Our system is set-up automatically to leave positive feedback in return within 24 hours from when we receive ours.  NOTE:  if you do NOT want to receive feedback from us, please do NOT leave us onw.
