Please note that all are photos had been are enlarged to show every detail possible. Color of the product may slightly differ due to photo lighting and may vary from one monitor to another.
We offer shipping discount only if the product falls on the same category. ( Example: a pair of shoes and another pair of shoes, etc.)
As stated by ebay, sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and echecks thru Paypal and Propay. If paying by Credit card other than thru Paypal, a separate invoice will be emailed with a link for quick, safe and secure online payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction or purchase.
DANCEWEAR POLICY:
Dancewear color may vary from actual item due to photo lighting or may vary from one monitor to another. Always take your OWN MEASUREMENTS and compare with the provided measurements found on the item's description.
Shipping Rate
US Customers - unless otherwise stated, product is ship thru USPS mail. Additional Dancewear item is charge $4.99.
Canadian & other Internnational customers - unless otherwise stated, product is ship thru USPS and is $19.99. Additional dancewear item is charge $7.99 (Estimated delivery 4-6 Business days).
Please note that for shipment outside the US, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for their own country's duties and fees.
NO RETURNS on all dancewear. So please ask questions and bid accordingly.
SHOE POLICY:
Heel style in photo may vary from actual item. Please see Heel Sizing and Style page for info.
Shoe color may vary from actual item due to photo lighting or may vary from one monitor to another. Shoes made of Satin, mostly brown in color, are more Golden in appearance than in photo.
*All our shoe items are in stock at the time of listing but may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If that happens we will make you aware of it. You have a choice either to wait for the item to be restocked or choose an alternate pair.

US Customers - unless otherwise stated, product is ship thru UPS Ground. Use the calculator to calculate fees. Additional Shoe item is charge $4.99. Provide a Physical address per UPS rules.
Canadian customers - flat fee $21.99 thru USPS mail. Additional item is charge $7.99 (Estimated delivery 4-6 Business days).
International Customers - flat fee $31.99 thru USPS Global Priority mail. Additional item is charge $7.99 (Estimated delivery 4-6 Business days).
Please note that for shipment outside the US, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for their own country's duties and fees. Also note that we no longer be able to ship any shoe package to Italy.
Exchange Only - NO RETURNS except when stated in the listing that the item can be returned.
We only accept exchanges within 14 days of your stated delivery. Absolutely no returns accepted.
Please email us within 2 days of receipt of your shoes for instructions. No exchanges are accepted without an Authorization number.
The customer pays for shipping both ways.
Shoes must be in new condition in order to receive an exchange. Shoes must have a clean bottom and no major creases. Shoes that have been danced in cannot be exchanged.
Always try your new shoes over a clean carpet or paper. Shoes worn over a hard surface will tend to pick up dust or dirt.

JEWELRY POLICY
Shipping Rate
US Customers - unless otherwise stated, we ship the item thru UPS Ground.Calculate your fee using the calculator. Additional Jewelry item is charge $4.99. Provide a Physical address per UPS rules.
International Customers- flat fee of $50.00 ship thru FEDEX only. Customers has the responsibility to pay their own country's duties and fees.
Return Policy
If you received a product in damaged condition and we will send a replacement or a refund at your discretion. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your item(s).
Returns must be made within 7 days of your stated delivery date. Our customers pays shipping fee both ways. A 12.5% fee of the final value of the item is charge. This covers our cost.
Only items that are untampered and in original condition are accepted. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
No returns are accepted without an authorization number. Email us for instructions as soon as possible.
No International returns due to the nature of the item
