Q: How do I know my shoe size?
A: If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size. Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or a Brannock device can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.
International Buyers: We do not take a responsibility for shoe size conversion.
Q: When will my item(s) arrive?
A: We are trying our best to ship the products fast. Handling time is 3-4 business days. US Ground shipping is 7-10 days.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: 2nd and 3rd day shipping options are available for selected items when you check out. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will add the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package.
Q: I got an email saying my item is not in stock?
A: Ebay is not our only point of sale and inventory changes very quickly. If we sell out of inventory before updating this ebay listing we will be happy to refund your payment ASAP. You will also be given the option of waiting for inventory to be restocked. We will also provide similar items to choose from.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Please email us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
A: Unfortunately, we does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. The best way to catch the sale is to subscribe to our mailing list and become and LIKE our facebook fan page.
Q: I want to return/exchange my purchase. What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Please email us FIRST for instructions.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: It may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. The best way is to provide us with the tracking # once you ship an item back. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your PayPal account.
