Shipping: U.S. Domestic

• All merchandises are well inspected prior to packaging.
• Items will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment is cleared. U.S. orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days of shipment.
• We offer Express Shipping for an additional charge. If you need your order in a hurry please email us for more details.
• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. PayPal confirmed addresses only.
• Please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery to AK, HI, and all U.S. Territories. (Extra charge will be added for shipping to AK and HI.)
• We provide tracking numbers upon request.

Shipping: International

• We ship worldwide!
• We will not ship to a country if it seems dangerous to ship. Remote locations shipping may cost more.
• There is a 5 day delay on international orders for handling time.
• All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment.
• We will not mark the package as a gift or change the price.
• Shipping time for international shoes can take 3-6 weeks. We ship it out as fast as we can. Delays may happen during customs or in transit. After it leaves our warehouse, its up to the shipping company to get to you safe and sound.
• Once we ship the item, we will send you a tracking number. You will be able to track the package while in the U.S., when the package arrives to customs in your country, you will no longer be able to use the tracking number. Its up to customs how long they will be processing the package. If your package is delayed, please contact your local transit company or your country's customs office. Our responsibility ends upon delivery to the carrier and providing you with the tracking number. Please be patient when receiving international orders.
• You are responsible for all taxes and duties which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local customs agent to determine your estimated taxes and duties.
