Shipping

U.S Shipping Charges: Customers pay actual shipping charges based on their ZIP code (U.S destinations only). A $1.00 Handling Charge is included in the Shipping Charges.

International Customers: Non-U.S customers can estimate shipping by clicking here. Please input your country and the Item Weight (in pounds). Global Priority Mail is best for packages under 4 pounds, while Global Air Parcel Post is best for packages heavier than 4 pounds. All taxes & duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Multiple Item Shipping: I combine multiple Item shipping leading to significantly lower shipping costs for you. Highest shipping cost is charged for the first item and then 60% off (on shipping charges) for each additional item. Shipping discount is automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping Frequency: I normally ship within one business day of the receipt of your payment, excepting in the case of payments by Personal Checks. Shipments against Personal Checks are made upon receipt of credit in my account.

Shipping Mode: U.S shipments are made through USPS Priority Mail Service, while USPS Air Parcel Post is used for International shipments.

• Buy with Confidence - we take pride in our Product & Service Quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may receive a refund minus all shipping fees. To get a refund, please contact us for an RMA number.

• You have 7 days after you receive the item to return it for a refund.

• All items must be returned in the original and unused condition. We guarantee our products to be from Smoke Free / Pet Free environments - if the merchandise has been exposed to pets or smoke, we would not be able to accept a return. Please use a box!

• RMA numbers and approvals are valid only for 5 days. Please ship back the item within 5 days of receiving the RMA number or approval.

• Returns without RMA number or approval shall not be accepted.
