Returns policy

Asking for a refund or replacement shouldn't be an ordeal - that's why we offer a very competitive returns policy as detailed below.  Check each scenario carefully to see which one applies to you and see what the guidelines are.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 generally applies to sales to consumers made by sellers acting in the course of a business, which have been made at a distance. In other words, where there's no face-to-face contact between the seller and the consumer before the contract is made. The Distance Selling Regulations apply to items purchased via Buy It Now listings and Second Chance Offers on eBay.co.uk. However, they don't apply to auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.

What to do

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, but the received item was correct...

    • Please inform us within seven days of purchase.
    • You must return the item(s) to us at your own expense.
    • Upon returning the item(s) to us in a saleable condition we will happily refund your money paid including the original postage & packaging costs.
    • Alternatively you can have a replacement if you wish.

 

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase because you ordered the wrong item...

    • Please inform us within seven days of purchase.
    • If you want to swap it for the intended item, please return the item to us and upon receipt we will dispatch the correct item.
    • If you would prefer a refund we will happily do so but can only refund the cost of the item.  Original postage & packaging charges cannot be refunded.
    • You must return the item(s) to us at your own expense.
    • In some cases we will simply send on the item you intended to buy, depending on what the intended item is.

 

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase because we sent the wrong item or your item is damaged/faulty...

    • Please inform us within seven days of purchase.
    • We will happily refund your money including original postage & packaging cost and also return postage cost.
    • If you would like a replacement please let us know and we will dispatch one as soon as we can.

What not to do

  • Don't just open a PayPal dispute - We are here to help whatever the problem is.  If it's case of us having to refund or replace, we will without hassle.
  • Don't be so quick to leave neutral or negative feedback - Feedback is a backbone of the eBay community.  We work hard to secure all the positive feedbacks we receive and there's usually no reason why a buyer should need to leave us a bad feedback.
  • Don't assume we can't help you - Quite simply, we can!
