 | A: Yes, we combine shipping whenever possible. We ask that you request an invoice so we can discount the shipping. We can not guarantee any discount if you do not request an invoice. Ebay is lousy at combining our orders. So, Please request the invoice. |

 | A: Mon-Friday, all paid orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours, occasionally they will ship out same day. Sat, Sun, and Holidays will ship out the next business day. During November through January shipping time may take up to 3 business days. |

 | A: Domestic orders take 2-7 bus. days. International orders may take 1-5 weeks depending on speed of your customs clearance. In some cases shipments may take longer. We ask our customers to please allow 14 days for delivery once the confirmation email is received. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time and appreciate your patience. |

 | A: If you purchased insurance, your order is covered if its lost. We can file a claim on an insured order after 30 days from the day it was shipped. If your order was not insured our hands are tied and its a waiting game to see if it will show up. Sometimes things get misrouted and they take time to show up. |

Under the How it was shipped is a link with the date of shipping, click that link. This will bring up your dc number. Click the dc number and your status will come up.
