We do not currently offer refunds. We believe our ads are truthful and that you as our buyer knows exactly what you are buying. We are here just about all the time and can answer your questions within hours if not immediately, So buying something in error or buying the wrong size really isn't an issue. We do ask that if you have a problem with your order to please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we make an error (we are human and have occasionally made an error or two), we will fix it. Good communication is the best way for a truly successful transaction so PLEASE email us if you have a question or problem. And we kindly ask that you do not make threats or mention feedback when inquiring about your order. We don't take kindly to those who try to take advantage with blackmail. If we make an error, we will very happily fix it. We do not do refunds for buyers remorse. Thank you.
