Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact customer service within 3 business days to report the damage and we will then ship out a replacement. Any damage claims beyond 3 days of delivery cannot be honored.

Return Policy

Please contact us for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition and must include all original parts and accessories. Some larger items will incur a 15% Restocking Fee. Personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item is returned without an approved return authorization number, it will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the product is purchased with "Free Freight" and is returned, customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways.
