Yes, you can make a return or exchange. Listed below are the guidelines for doing so:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make your return or exchange
• To make a return or exchange, call our store at 607-693-1031 M-F 10am to 4pm EST and request a RMA number
• Send your returns to:

• Ship the item in a shipping box or envelope; don't use the product packaging as a shipping container. All items returned must have all tags and labels intact, and be in new condition.
• Returns are charged a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.
• Once your return or exchange is received, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.
• If you'd like to speed up your exchange, call and get an RMA number. When calling you can then place the order for the item you want in exchange.
• Refunds are given back through the method you originally paid with. For example, if you originally paid with Paypal we will refund your Paypal.
