We do NOT ship outside the US and its possessions. We do not ship to Canada.

If your shipping address is a PO Box, or if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii,  P.R. or have an APO or FPO, then the order will be sent using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Note that USPS shipments incur an 1 to 2 day additional processing time. Also, in addition to our regular shipping charge there will be a surcharge. The surcharge will be as follows: for bibs, boots, jackets, helmets, covers, luggage the surcharge will range from $15 to $20 on top of our regular shipping charges. Please email us for a specific quote.

If you are purchasing multiple eBay items from us, the items can be combined into one shipment and receive our combined item shipping rate. To be eligible for the combined item shipping rate, you must submit one single payment for all items.  In a case of a multiple item purchase and you have submitted one payment, the following shipping and handling rates will apply:
 
• Orders totaling $0 to $50 incur a $10 charge (only applies when you order more than 1 item and pay for all items at the same time)
• Orders totaling $50.01 to $100 incur a $12 charge (only applies when you order more than 1 item and pay for all items at the same time)
• Orders totaling $100 to $149.99 incur a $14 charge (only applies when you order more than 1 item and pay for all items at the same time)
• Orders totaling $150 to $299.99 incur a $18 charge (only applies when you order more than 1 item and pay for all items at the same time)
• Orders totaling $300 or more incur a $20 charge (only applies when you order more than 1 item and pay for all items at the same time)

These rates are for standard ground UPS with tracking to the lower 48 states. This applies to purchases made within a five business day time frame. This is not applicable to tires, snowmobile tracks and other items not listing this shipping schedule. Those in Alaska, Hawaii, P.R., use a APO, FPO or PO Box as the ship to address, will need to contact us  using the Ask Seller A Question link found under Seller Information at the top and over to the right on this listing for a rate quote via USPS.

We ship UPS every business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

For additional costs we can ship: UPS next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day select. These rates are much higher than standard ground UPS. To determine what these rates would be you need to call our customer service department at 607-693-1031

Proof of delivery will consist of the UPS tracking number or the USPS delivery confirmation number.

Shipping insurance: If the item or items are shipped using Standard Ground UPS, they are automatically insured for $100. See the UPS website for exactly what the insurance covers. If the item is shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, then there is an additional fee for insurance.
