| A:We have a 1 year guarantee on our kettlebells! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your kettlebell we will refund 100% of your purchase price, not including shipping & handling charges. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Kettlebells are very heavy so they have a high shipping cost. There is really no way around this. Because of this we can't combine shipping charges. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship out your item within 48 hours of receiving your payment. For kettlebells we ship via UPS Ground, for DVD's we ship via USPS Media Mail. |
| Q:Do you ship to APO or Military addresses? |

| A:No, unfortunately we do not ship to APO addresses. However, if you have a stateside address we will certainly ship your item. |
