The seller refused a refund, ignoring eBay return policy, as I complained and demanded refund the next day the parcel arrived, though, the shipment took more than 1 month, so the seller insisted that it was beyond the return policy time frames, which clearly contradicts the eBay policies and, generally,common sense, since the time to claim a refund starts when the PRODUCT IS RECEIVED!
