Return or Replacement Policy

A: USA buyer: (RMA number is required in all cases)

  • For the first 30 days of your purchase date, you may return the cartridge(s) for a full refund (money back) or exchange (replacement) without any question from us for any reason. The buyer will cover the return shipping cost. The seller will cover the shipping cost or issue a prepaid return postage if our merchandise is defective.
  • 31-90 days from the date of your purchase, you may return the cartridge(s) for replacement only. The buyer will cover the return shipping cost. The seller will cover the shipping cost or issue a prepaid return postage if our merchandise is defective.
  • 91-360 days from the date of your purchase, you may return the cartridge(s) for replacement only and the buyer will cover the shipping cost.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the cartridge(s) for your (exchange/refund) to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
  • We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • Returns for refund must be made within the time limit specified within our return policy.
  • Returned cartridge(s) must be our brand name or the same item we shipped. All of our items have a watermark, so please ensure that you return our cartridge(s) and avoid mixing them with other vender's cartridge(s).
  • Removing the labels from our cartridge(s) or refilling them by the buyer will void our guaranty.
  • Cartridge(s), if defective, should have ink of no less than 60% left when we receive them back. If the cartridge(s) have less than 60%, it means that the cartridge has been used and, therefore, not defective and will not be approved for return or replacement.
  • If the buyer sends the cartridge(s) back for a refund or replacement, but the item belongs to another vendor, we will notify the buyer via e-mail and give the buyer a choice to either have the cartridge(s) shipped back at their cost or release us to destroy the product.

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items upon delivery:
Missing / Wrong item(s): We have high standards with our packing and shipping processes, but in case you receive missing or wrong item(s) you must report this to us within 5 business days of delivery.
Damaged item(s): If you receive a damaged cartridge(s) or ink is leaking inside the sealed bag, please do not open the item(s) and contact us immediately with a photo of the cartridge(s) received.

 

Domestic Shipping

Your packages are shipped FAST! We ship most items via USPS or UPS

  • Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received.
  • We offer free shipping to USA on most items. We reserve the right to combine shipping if you bought more than one item.
  • Combined shipping discounts are available for items not offering free shipping. We calculate the shipping costs by the order size and weight using eBay's shipping calculator.
  • We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account as well as email as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please make sure that our email messages do not go into your spam or junk folders.
  • We reserve the right to choose the shipping courier and method unless you upgrade the shipping methods to a specific courier.
  • No in-store pick-up is available. Mail orders only.
  • Shipment errors due to a bad address will not be issued refunds for the shipping charges if package(s) returned to us. No refunds if the package is lost or abandoned by the carrier due to a bad address.
