Please read the following policy statements before ordering. By purchasing an item from our store, you are agreeing to accept our store policy for International Buyers.
Because we value your business, we promise to do everything possible to keep your shipping charges as low as possible while still providing your purchases with the protection they need to safely travel the world. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. To date, we have shipped many packages overseas and have not had any problems. But the only way to be 100% safe is to choose the "priority mail" option for shipping.
QUOTING OR ESTIMATING SHIPPING CHARGES
If a listing does not already have the calculated shipping rate available, you may contact us for a quote. Some items may be sent for less than the calculated rate if you are not interest in the packaging.
In some cases, such as when you are interested in multiple items, we may not be able to assertain the exact shipping amount until all of the items have been properly packaged together. In that case we will give you as accurate an estimate as possible. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount we have quoted you, the sale can be canceled by mutual consent.
Where the weight of an item is noted in a listing, that weight is for the the listed item within its original packaging only. It does not include the weight of the shipping box or any protective packing material necessary for shipment. If you are purchasing more than 1 item, these weights can give you an idea of the increased charges that might be incurred when adding the item to your order. You can use the usps.com web site to get rough estimate.
We ship via the United States Postal Service using "First-Class Mail International Package" unless another option is chosen. It is important to note that "First-Class Mail" cannot be insured or tracked. The Post Office will only insure packages sent using the "Priority Mail International" option. It has been our experience that most buyers are willing to accept what little risk there might be with First-Class Mail rather than paying the higher charges for Priority Mail.
We only accept payment through PayPal.
After you have make your purchase, we will send you an invoice which will include your actual shipping charges. Unless otherwise noted, these charges will be for First-Class Mail and will not include insurance. If you wish to have your package shipped using Priority Mail with insurance please contact us.
Payment must be posted within 4 days after the invoice has been sent.
If a package is insured and a claim becomes necessary, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file the claim.
We accept returns for any reason if the following instructions are followed:
1) Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time of the item to be returned.
2) Buyer must return the item within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Insurance and tracking capability are strongly suggested.
3) Buyer must return the same item we sold. The item and its packaging must be packed carefully to assure that it arrives back to us in the same condition as it was when when we shipped it to the buyer. We will not accept the return of a different item in inferior condition. Unfortunately, because of the type of items we sell, we have encountered this problem.
If the above instructions are followed the Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Sorry, but for obvious reasons we cannot refund the shipping charges.
AS AN EBAY SELLER: We respect our customers and greatly appreciate your business. We will not fail to leave you feedback once our business transaction has been completed. When you leave feedback for us, you are confirming that our transaction is complete. We will then leave feedback reflecting our transaction.
When we leave positive feedback for a Buyer, we are doing more than just confirming that the Buyer has paid. We are attaching our name to a statement recommending the Buyer to the rest of the eBay community. There is no way we can make an honest recommendation until our transaction is complete. We learned this the hard way after an experience in May 2008 with feedback extortion.
AS AN EBAY BUYER: We respect other sellers and will not fail to leave positive feedback after a successful transaction. We would never expect you to leave us positive our transaction has been completed and you are satisfied that you have been treated fairly and with respect.
