    圣诞和新年将至，为尽量降低因天气原因给您带来的影响，中国邮政正积极协调各航空公司和境外邮政，尽最大努力做好邮件的运输和投递工作。同时，对于灾害天气引起的不可避免的影响，我们深表歉意，也真诚希望得到您的理解。

Because of the bad weather, many plane lines are delay or cancelled, it makes many packages by EMS delayed 7-20 days this month.

We tried our best to contact the post office but they have not give us a useful solution .

We're really sorry that now we can do nothing but wait.

To the customers have waitting over 20 work days (sent by EMS) this month, we'd like to offer all shipping fees refund, after the package is recevied. That's the only thing we can do for you.
