| A:JUNIORS is mainly like misses but fits a little more snug. A Misses size Medium would be a juniors size small. Juniors stores are Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, Arden B.,and Miss Sixty. X-Small is size 0/00. Small is size 1/2 and 3/4. Medium is size 5/6 and 7/8. Large is size 9/10 and 11/12. X-Large is size 13/14. |

| A:Most all of our clothing is designed to fit a wide range of sizes since you can not try them on before buying. Our clothing is made out of a variety of stretch blends to obtain an easy fit. If you are unsure about what size to buy we ALWAYS recommend the larger of the sizes. Remember this is juniors sizing so they are made to fit and flatter. |

Canada: 2-4 weeks

| Q:I bid on the wrong size? |

| A:As a general eBay rule, you can’t retract or cancel a bid. However I believe mistakes happen. You can retract a bid if you have a valid reason so as defined by eBay policy and you retract the bid before the item ends. Bust: measure the FULLEST part of your bust, bust is not your bra size.
Waist: measure at your natural waist line, right above your belly button.
Lowrise waist: measure below belly button, depending on the pants/skirts rise.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, this is over the fullest part of your bottom too. |

| Q:Do you take money orders? |

| A:No, eBay does not allow money orders. |
| Q:Can I cancel my order? |

| A:You can retract/cancel a bid as long as the auction has not ended. Once a listing has ended you have agreed so as defined by eBay policy to pay for the item if you’re the winning bidder. Seller has paid all fees, and can file a non payment claim if buyer does not follow through with payment. This will resrtict your ability to buy or sell on eBay. |

| Q:Where is my item? |

| A:Since all items are shipped with tracking it is easy to locate packages. If an item is undeliverable it will be returned to us. In this case we will contact you as soon as we recerive it back. 95% of the time when an International package is taking to long it is because it needs to be picked up or signed for at your local customs or post office. |
| Q:I missed the auction, will this item be relisted? |
