Like New A new device is brand new and 100% FULLY FUNCTIONAL. New Devices have never been used and have absolutely no marks, nicks, cracks and/or scratches. Packages have been opened only to test and ensure the device is in new condition. Although the device is new, the device may have been originally purchased by a company and therefore the SIM card is tied to their account. For this reason we must remove all SIM cards on every GSM device we sell. Refurbished A device listed as Refurbished is like new. The device has been REFURBISHED with brand new housing, data wiped, fully tested and 100% guaranteed to function correctly. Excellent A device listed in EXCELLENT condition is a well-cared-for item that shows very light previous usage. Overall the device is in very good cosmetic condition but upon close inspection some minor signs of wear may be visible. However, when you look closely you may see a few minor flaws:

• One or two minor scratches that are not noticeable unless closely inspected
• Carrier or manufacturer label is starting to come off
• One or two minor smudges on the back of the device

  Good A device listed in GOOD condition shows signs of normal usage, with a few MINOR marks, nicks, hair-line crack, and/or scratches on the house and/or display screen. The item will show wear from consistent use, but it remains in good cosmetic condition and functions perfectly. Imperfections on the screen will not restrict visibility when display screen is powered on. Acceptable flaws on a GOOD condition device:

• Minor scratches that are not noticeable from a distance but are visible when holding the phone at arm's length
• Minor scuffs, nicks, or scratches on the housing that look like they were caused by normal wear.  Having a few minor cosmetic flaws is fine, but if there is a lot then it will not be considered GOOD condition.
• For the original iPhone, iPhone 3g and iPhone 3gs and iPod Touch it is acceptable to have a hairline crack on the charging port.  The crack should not be very noticeable and it must not affect the devices ability to charge properly.  Hairline cracks should be less than a fingernails length and the platic must not show any separation from each other (aka no gap).

  Fair A device listed in FAIR condition will appear to have obvious signs of previous usage. Device will show a MODERATE amount of marks, nicks, minor cracks, and/or scratches on the housing and/or display screen. Although marks on a FAIR condition unit will be more noticeable than on a good condition device, imperfections on the screen will not restrict visibility when display screen is powered on. • Moderate scratches, nicks, smudges and marks on the housing or screen that are noticeable from a distance.  Damage to the screen should not affect the display when the screen is turned on.  The device can show moderate wear but the device will not look like it was chewed up.
