   FCB has now suspended all sales of Peltiers on ebay Store due to higher ebay fees, USPS rates and increase supply costs on weak USD.

Business Partner Issues.

   (1) Problem: Paypal NOTES to seller missing.  Solution: Check Paypal email to confirm notes are intact. Email seller to correct.

   (2) Problem: Frequent wrong Ebay checkout cost. Solution: Continue to check your total checkout amount.

  (3) Problem: In span of 3 months, Yahoo has limited my ebay PowerSeller business email use.  Email replies per day became very limited AND 1 to 6 hours hold time to reply to buyers. Yahoo appeared to have grouped and treated us along with SPAMMERS.  I am sorry for any inconvenience. Solution:  FCB now is migrating from fcb_electrronics@yahoo.com to fcb-electronics@hotmail.com. Both emails still active.  To Yahoo mail users, also check emails from PowerSellers in your Bulk Folder.  

 (4) Problem: Delay of USPS Priority and EMS mails to Canada & hold up in Canadian Customs.  Solution: Your package could be sent through UPS ground with tracking to bypass USPS logistic inefficiency..

DSR & Feedback 

       Uncooperative buyers could be blocked from buying on this site. 

       S&H cost is a complexed equation. FCB ships each morning & Saturdays. Fast shipping incurs added shipping cost. Gas price rose over 45%. Vehicle ownership cost increased. USPS rates rose over 10%.  Ebay charge on item price rose to 12%.  Paypal charges 4% of total cost. FCB provides flex quantity and choices, free wires packages and wider varieties.  Mail thefts, weak USD, increased supply cost and high labor cost in US.  All these add to S&H costs. 

    FCB TOTAL COST is LOWEST. SHIPPING is FASTEST to US, Canada and EU.  1-5 days to US and 7-10 days to EU.  Compared to 17 days from Asian Sellers.
