• FCB does not practice item auction bidding that prolong critical procurement times.  FCB set straight lowest total cost.
• DSR system is not fair to small American sellers. Always leave only ALL 5 stars DSR if you decide to buy from FCB.   If you cannot accept, please do not purchase from my ebay store.

• Ebay charges 12% on ITEM PRICE.  Paypal charges 4% on TOTAL COST.
• No Return = No Refund.
