Payment must be received or notification of payment being mailed (Check or Money Order) within 3 days of winning the auction. All bidders who don't pay within 3 days will be sent a reminder and then reported to eBay for non-payment.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
