I wrote the seller and the seller did not respond item was not as described. I sent a picture as clear as Hunter Biden smoking crack with a juvenile.
I wrote eBay and they did not respond This is not the eBay years ago. This eBay is all about charging you money for every transaction, etc.. eBay is no longer a user-friendly professional site.
I would stay away from the seller as well

I ordered 9.5" retractors because we needed them for a spine surgery mission. What I received was not what I ordered, and is not what is shown in the photo, despite contacting the seller beforehand to stress the importance of the order. I would avoid this seller if you expect to receive what you order. At this point, we will not have time to get the needed equipment before our departure for our mission.
