- Please do not email us asking to leave feedback! I will not leave feedback until the transaction is complete (i.e. you are happy and have left feedback to let me know). See below...
- Please leave feedback once you receive the item and are happy with the transaction.
- I will always leave feedback for those who leave it for me.
- We use an automatic feedback response. Once you leave feedback for us, it leaves feedback for you. If by some chance, within 48 hours you haven't received feedback from us. please e-mail me and I will do so. The automatic thing is not perfect, but does serve a purpose.
- I don't take kindly to people who leave Negative or Neutral feedback for me when it was left unfairly. If you're thinking about leaving me bad feedback, let me know beforehand and maybe we can straighten out whatever the problem is. Leaving bad feedback without giving us a chance to remedy the problem, voids all guarantees and warranties through us. And negative feedback will be left!
- I will not hesitate to leave bad feedback for Non-Paying Bidders. I will also report them to eBay. Bidding on an auction is a legally binding contract and if you think for whatever reason you might change your mind or not be able to pay, don't bid.
Other Information
- We ship internationally. S/h for international orders is a little higher, so please be aware. It is up to you to know the laws of your country and whether any items we sell can be shipped there. If an order is returned to me, I will refund your payment (less s/h) . If not returned to me because of refusal by customs and then getting lost, no refund will be given. Please know your country's laws.
- Shipping charges are not negotiable. They are set to cover the cost of shipping , as well as supplies, etc. Sometimes it costs me a little more, sometimes a little less, but it's just easier this way. I will try my best to lower shipping costs if you win more than one of my auctions.
- We do not allow pickups. Please don't ask.
- If you have any questions about my listing, be sure to ask before you bid.
Payment Information
- Payments can be made via PayPal to Fitness4u2go@yahoo.com
- You may send a Money order or Check to the address below . Checks are held for 10 days. If a check is returned to us by the bank, a $25 service fee will be applied. And collection activity will begin.
- You can send cash if you wish, but you do so at your own risk.
- I also accept Money Orders though BidPay but we will not send the item out until the Money Order arrives.
- We also accept payments through Yahoo Pay Direct.
- If sending payment by mail, remember to include your Ebay user id with the auction # as well as your name & address (Printed very clearly and legible). Without this info (and lots of people forget to do this) your item could be delayed for a long time while I try to figure out what you paid for.
- All items will be shipped safely to prevent damage, usually in a bubble mailer or box. We assume no responsibility if the post office mishandles the item, or loses your item. We have shipped thousands of parcels with only a very few(3 or 4) getting lost or damaged. But, if you choose not to purchase insurance, we will not replace. If you wish to get insurance, please include the amount with your purchase. Most of the time, it is included on the auction page.
- We ship all items usually within 24 hours of payment. Please allow 10 days after payment for your order to arrive. Please don't e-mail us 3 days later asking us where your order is. Check our feedback, we are not here to rip people off. We always ship very fast, but depending on where you live and what time of the year it is, orders can take a little while. I've had some show up the next day, while others took 10 days. There are many factors that can speed up or slow down shipments that are out of my control.
- If you won more than one of my auctions, please only make ONE payment for all of them combined.
- S/h is stated on the auction page. S/h is not negotiable. S/h is more than just postage! If you don't agree with the s/h charges, then please don't bid.
