Outstanding Customer Service 👌 👍 👏. One of my coil packs was broken in transit between UPS and USPS to my mailbox. I contacted seller thru ebay app and provided photos of damage and Seller sent me a whole new set in the mail. Coils with plug wires and boots fix perfectly on my 2007 Honda Shadow VLX 600 and are definitely making her purr again like new and Gas mileage has improved. The plug wires had plenty of length to route and trim off excess. 17 year old coil pack needed the update.

The package was shipped in a timely manner considering I ordered it the week of Christmas. The seller shipped a day after Christmas. However, the package never arrived and got lost in the mail. I notified the seller and they responded back within an hour. I requested a refund considering the parts were not needed anymore. They kindly accepted. I wish every seller was like this.
