BIDDING AGREEMENT

1. Full payment for all items must be received within 7 days, if payment is not received EBAY will be contacted and buyer will be blocked from any future purchases.
2. We reserve the right to cancel any auction item or "Buy It Now" at anytime.
3. If item is out of stock, buyer will purchase it, and we will order that item and ship as soon as we receive it. If item needs to be ordered we will notify buyer.
4. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping cost, and insurance. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

1. We ship United States Postal Service, and UPS Ground. We will ship Worldwide, International Customers, please see: International Shipping.
2. The Buyer is responsible to pay ALL Shipping and Handling charges.
3. The buyer is responsible to purchase insurance if desired.
4. We reserve the right to change carriers at anytime, if we deem it necessary.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1. We are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or duties that may be required by any country for the import of any items purchased and shipped to any customer.
2. We are required to fill out Custom Declarations on all overseas shipping, we WILL NOT fix any prices of any items sold on Custom Declarations or declare them as anything else other than merchandise purchased.
3. For overseas shipments, we use USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. We will not refund or will we track down your package if it does not show up.

PAYMENT

1. All orders place and shipped in Colorado will be  charged 2.90% sales tax.
2. We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards, VISA, Master Card, AMEX.     

                                     RETURN POLICY

1. If any item is defective or damaged we will replace it at our discretion
2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
3. Returns must have all original packaging and the item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped out.
