Q: What is your return policy?

  A: We do offer refunds, or trades if we have another of the same game in our inventory. Items are as-is unless we have grossly mis-described the item, or if the game does not play. In a case such as that a full refund, or trade if we have another in stock will be issued. Buyer agrees to pay shipping costs if a game needs to be returned, or traded.

   Q: Do you combine shipping?

   A: Yes we do! We charge the full S&H fee of the first auction won, then $2 for each additional auction won within 24 hours.

   Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

   A: We ship via United States Post Office, mostly First Class mail. 3-5 days is the average.

   Q: How much are the Shipping and Handling Charges?

   A: Please see each individual auction.

   Q: Do you ship internationally?

   A: No, unfortunately we are kind of in the boonies and trips to the P.O. for International shipping aren't that easy.

  Q: Do you leave feedback?

  A: You bet! Ebay runs on it. Good feedback will quickly be left for you when payment is received. If you are satisfied with your purchase, please leave positive feedback! If there is a problem with your item, please contact us and give us a chance to correct the problem before leaving feedback. We always try to make things right!

  Q: When is payment due?

  A: We always prefer payment to happen immediately, but we will wait seven full days. At that time we will report the item as unpaid and re-list. We currently only accept payment through PayPal.

  Q: Are your games new or used?

  A: Our games are vintage and will almost always be used. These games (and manuals or boxes if included) may have one or more of the following: bent pages; folded covers; water spots; initials/writing; page yellowing or small tears. We try and include anything we know about in each listing. If you are not sure or have a question, please ask!

   Q: Do you clean or test your games?

   A: Yes, yes and yes! We are very picky about things being clean (just ask our kids!) and everything gets taken apart and thoroughly gone over. Then we test every game (the kids love that part) before it goes up in our store.

   Q: Do you use stock photos?

   A: We do not. We don't like them. We take pictures of everything, and that's exactly what you're buying.
