If you live within the lower 48 states (Continental USA) you automatically qualify for FREE ground Shipping.
Because items cannot be shipped to the outlying U.S. Territories via domestic ground service, they do not
qualify for Free Shipping (unless stated otherwise). These destinations include the following:
Alaska and Hawaii
APO/FPO & Military
Puerto Rico

Which Shipping Company or Freight Carrier will be used?
The majority of orders are shipped out via FedEx and must have a physical address provided. Factory Authorized
Outlet reserves the right to use a alternate freight carrier. Size and weight restrictions may require delivery
using a freight truck. It should also be noted some freight carriers will add additional charges for special services
(Lift gate service, residential delivery, etc.). In such an instance, Factory Authorized Outlet covers only the posted
shipping & handling rate per the item listing and is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the carrier.
Delivery Times:
FedEx ground shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days. Truck shipments with domestic freight carriers usually deliver
shipment in 3-5 business days. USPS deliveries usually take 3-5 days. Processing and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping Requests: We will provide a discounted upgrade to express shipping for customers requesting expedited shipping on a FREE SHIPPING item.
