To reduce email volume here are some quick answers to our most commonly asked questions.
If you are not sure if the item listed will fit your car, please send your US VIN number with your request so we can check our factory parts catalog for exact fitment. Also: The Left side of a vehicle is the Drivers Side and the Right Side is the passenger side. Please read the description of the item for detailed fitment and exclusion information. The ebay fitment guide is not always accurate and our listings will have detailed information so please read the discription.
Please Note; All of our Honda parts and Honda part numbers are listed for Hondas that are produced for sale and registration in
the United States. We are unable to verify this part will fit a vehicle that was produced for sale and
registration in any other country including Canada and Mexico.. Content and features may be different for your vehicle
even if it looks identical to a US Model. This applies even if the vehicle was produced in the US for sale in another country ie.Canada and Mexico.
Brake Pads are sold by Axle set meaning a set of pads contains two inner and two outer disc pads and hardware to replace the pads for the for both sides of the front or rear of a vehicle. Rear brake shoes follow the same rule,
Brake Rotors and Drums are sold as Each (unless the auction states that it is a PAIR of rotors or drums) Read The descriptions please.
2. Shipping Locations (will you ship to my country?) NO.
We only ship in the United States to verified US addresses. We make this clear in every one of our listings. We do not make exceptions.If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico please ask for a shipping quote before making your purchase. Please make sure your paypal ship to: address is correct before making your purchase. This is listed on every auction, yes every one of our auctions. If you send us a message asking if we ship to your country you will most likely be blocked and your question will be deleted. IF you are in Canada, and you wish to purchase for a delivery to a US address this is usually not a problem. PayPal is the only form of payment we accept and your part will be shipped to the verified US "Ship To" address that is listed in the paypal transaction. No exceptions will be made on this rule.
3. Combined Shipping:
We do combined shipping or discounted shipping, on like sized and weight items or multiple quantities of the same item.
Obvious exclusions are large items such as running boards, cargo covers, roof racks or any item that that can be easily dammaged by adding additional items to an otherwise factory sealed box. If you wish to combine like items please commit to purchase the items and request an invoice before paying so we can send you an invoice with the ammended shipping amount. Hub Caps already have a shipping discount for multiple items. Please don't request additional shipping discounts for them.

Please check your PayPal Transacton or ebay transaction for your tracking number after your order has been processed for shipment. Please note USPS does not offer real time tracking like UPS does.
The only updates you will likely see from USPS is that the order was processed for shipment up to the day it is to be delivered by USPS.
Expidited shipping is generaly not avaliable again please check the order and processing link first before making a request.
Returns on new, unopened parts and accessories (except electrical items) are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are subject to fees, including but not limited to, listing fees, final value fees charged to us by Ebay,
PayPal, and/or restock fees. No returns can be accepted on electrical parts.
NO RETURNS CAN BE ACCEPTED ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
Original packaging is REQUIRED for any return- no exceptions.

Use care when opening the original packaging, If it is a bagged item, use scisors to open the item on the seam. Use a knife or suitable item to cut the tape on boxes and use care opening the flap on a box that is glued shut. Open them with care especially with floor mats, if you cut the mat opening the box or bag we are not going to exchange them. All mats are inspected before they are shipped. Mangled boxes and ripped bags are not suitable for return. Would you purchase the item you want to return if it was presented to you in that condition?
6. Additional items/ listing requests:
While we make every effort to list the most popular OEM Honda Parts and Accessories at the lowest prices on Ebay, we can't possibly list every part and part number avaliable for every Honda made. Please check our favorite links on our ME Page for more information.
7. Unpaid items: we will file an unpaid item request on you and ban you once the case closes. If you commit to purchase an item from us. It is a legal and binding contract that should not be ignored. If you clicked on an item more than once please contact us so we can file a request to cancel an order. This is a no penalty solution.
8. Address Change requests:
If you placed an order and later realized that you had the wrong address in your E-bay or Pay-Pal account and request to have the address changed with us, either by E-bay messages or by phone, your order will be canceled and it will be refunded. You will then be directed to correct your address with both E-bay and Pay-Pal and re-purchase the item. Sorry there are no longer any exceptions on this policy.
