Whew!! Factory-Radio bent over backwards to make things right when the shipper damaged the selected radio/CD player. In the tradition of "This is Spinal Tap," I'ld give them an 11 out of 10 for service. The replacement radio was sent out promptly after receipt of the damaged radio . It arrived floating in bubble wrap, protecting it to yet another dinged box. It was swapped out in my car by professional installers & works great. Would highly recommend this seller for your car stereo needs.
