I ordered the item I wanted from the seller's eBay site to replace the CD player in my truck. They had multiple that matched mine at a variety of prices. I picked and paid for the one I wanted. What I received was an entirely different model of audio unit. When I contacted the seller I was told that what I received was an upgrade that would plug right in. I didn't want an upgrade I wanted what I paid for and ordered. On a second contact I was offered to exchange for the one I wanted. Not good.
