We will happily accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your purchase as long as the jewelry has not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way.
If you are thinking about returning an item, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing an item, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsellable. You would not want to receive jewelry that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.
Jewelry must be returned with box, tags, warranty and receipt.
We will inspect every item upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the item will be returned to you. |
