I am wearing a 22X90 Habotai Pashmina here, and as you can see by the length, they are a very versatile scarf to wear....from a sash or a focal point of an outfit. Habotai is 8mm, lightweight for silks, though the most durable weight of the lightweight silks, which would be from 4-8mm. Provides quite a bit of warmth and great as a wrap... This photo was taken on our boat last May 21, 2006 when the Trojan Nuclear power plant was imploded. They first removed any remaining waste to Hanford (upriver). It was a sight to see, and a blast to be there! Note in the picture on the boat I am wearing 2 silk scarves, which is easy to do. They are versatile and it is easy to mix and match weights. The second scarf is a patterned chiffon scarf.
The green scarf shows the same size scarf but worn as a head wrap. 22X90" Habotai. Very versatile. A great scarf for those new to wearing larger scarves, Habotai is manageable.

Jody is also shown wearing a coordinating Silk Crepe de Chine Rowana, which is a very lovely weave of silk, and also an asset to any wardrobe.

A Chiffon and Satin Scarf, with large satin charmeuse bands at the hems (not shown here--worth seeing!) and satin edging, which helps weight it beautifully. Very elegant, a personal gift, and flattering! Note how the chiffon scarf takes the blue tones softer. Chiffon generally behaves like this with dyes. I also dye 45X72 silks (for dance or wraps) in Chiffon. It has a beautiful feel and drape.
