| A:I accept returns for any reason. Please just send it back within a reasonable amount of time and I will refund the purchase price. |

| Q:How do I make sure I get the combined shipping if I buy multiple items? |

| A:Go to what you would like to buy and click 'Buy Now'. On the next screen, click 'Commit to Buy'. However, do NOT go on to click 'Pay Now'. Instead, either click 'Back to List of Items' or backclick to where you want to be. Keep doing this until you are done shopping and then you may proceed to 'Pay Now' and it should combine automatically. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:It depends on the method you choose. First Class and Priority usually take a week to arrive. Media mail averages about 3 weeks. International shipping takes about 2 weeks for Priority or over a month for First Class. Please be patient if you choose a slower method of shipping. |
