Shipping is based on zip code.  I ship within two days of after payment is received. I prefer PayPal. I will also accept cashier's checks. If you pay by cashier's check please identify the item number or name of the item you purchased. 

I will combine shipping within 5 day period. Payment is due within 10 days of purchase. Please respond to let me know your intentions.
