The stained glass arrived damaged, totally broken into small pieces. It caused by insufficient packing to prevent shock / damage. No response to my return request at all from seller. Full refund decision by ebay customer services. I felt this seller dishonest.

I'm sorry - this is the first I have heard of this. I have never had a problem like this before, my packaging is always adequate and correct. I have shipped to Japan and to Italy, and elsewhere without a problem. I have NEVER been accused of being dishonest. I hope that ebay requested pictures of the broken item, taken in the original packaging, otherwise your own claims might be suspect.
