| Q:When will my item ship? |

| A:Merchandise will ship within 7 business days after payment is made. The first day payment is made is not counted as a shipping day. If payment is made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, shipping date is counted from the following Monday. |
| Q:I need my merchandise before 7 business days. Is there a way to get it sooner? |

| A:Yes. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to expedited services or express mail. Expedited services start at $3 and can be added directly to your invoice. All items may not be available for expedited shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most orders will arrive on your doorstep in about 2 weeks. It all depends on how fast USPS or UPS gets it there after it has shipped! |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and handling varies from auction to auction. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:International orders are accepted for shipping. All international orders incur an $8 handling fee per total combined order. |
| Q:Why didn't I receive a shipping notice? |

| A:If a shipping notice was not received, please check your junk folder, check the email address submited on your Paypal account and make sure your email account will accept emails from f.f.designs@comcast.net |
| Q:I submitted a question, but never received an answer? |

| A:All emails are answered within 24-48 hours. Check your junk folder and your "My Messages" section in "My Ebay" to see if your question has been answered. |
| Q:I don't want to pay for shipping. Do you allow local pick-ups? |

| A:Unfortunately, the answer is no. Local pick-ups are not allowed unless the auction specifies a different circumstance that will allow this feature. |
| Q:Why do some of the shipping and handling charges seem so high on a light weight item? |
|
| A:Some merchandise is drop-shipped directly from other companies I am affiliated with. The majority of these are shipped UPS and UPS has a higher shipping rate for lightweight items versus USPS. |
