Payment is via PayPal Only.

There are no Fees for buying an item through your PayPal buyer's account.

Please make sure the payment is processed within 3 days of item close date.

No items will be dispatched until we are satisfied that payment has successfully cleared. Paypal payments that are not funded from a credit or debit card (eg e-cheques) usually take approximately 7 working days to clear, although this time does sometimes vary.

We are PayPal Verified.
That means you are dealing with a PayPal Verified Sellers.
It increases the security of web transactions via PayPal and you receive the paypal protection.

We pack and ship the item professionally to ensure that the item you buy from us arrives safely and in the listed condition.

We will send the item with one working day after payment is successfully cleared. We do not post on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

We usually ship with Worldwide with Express Mail Service. 

This service has basic tracking information only with several countries** (see the list below). All other countries, please contact us for any inquiry needed. This tracking information is more suited to postal insurance services than for ascertaining the exact location of the package.

To check the status of an item sent Recorded/Signed For, visit your local postal service website and enter the 13 digit reference number, which we can supply upon request, in the 'Track & Trace' section.

Please allow up to 18 days for international shipping (Usually it takes about
7 business days).

We will only ship to the PayPal registered address.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct mailing address, whether that address is stored in eBay, Paypal or communicated to us by different means. We can not and will not accept responsibility, resend items or refund monies for items that have been dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Where an item is returned to us as undelivered due to either an incorrect address submitted by the customer, delivery refused or where an item was held at the local sorting office but the customer failed to collect, we will require payment equal to the standard delivery charge in order for the item to be resent.

Austria, Iceland, Ireland, USA, Brazil, UK, Denmark, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Czech, South Korea, Canada, Romania, Switzerland, Thailand.

We are happy to combine purchases for buyers and thus reduce the overall postage paid. As Airmail pricing is based upon weight, sometimes we are unable to give you a big discount.

As there are many different scenarios involved, it is usually best to contact us to see if a combination is possible and to request an estimate of the discount. If it is possible, there are also some conditions which need to be met in order for us to be able to combine the items, so please ensure that you are familiar with them first.

Conditions

1. The transaction must be completed within 7 days of the first item sale date. This means that from when you have bought the first item (whether "Buy It Now" or "Auction") we will allow you 7 days to collate further purchases into the combined package.

2. Please notify us following the purchase of the first item that you intend to make further purchases and would like the resulting items combined.

3. Please do NOT attempt to pay for any items singularly - wait until all items combined and postage discount has been applied. To enable the discount, all of the items must be paid for in a single transaction.

4. Please do NOT attempt to combine the items yourself, simply contact us when you have finished bidding and buying and we will combine them for you, apply the relevant discount and issue a single invoice.

Buyers are responsible for all duties and customs fees for international shipments.

Check with your local customs office for more information about fees.

Buyers from Israel should add 15.5% VAT to the total amount.

We do our best to have you as our fully satisfied customer!

Our system will automatically leave positive feedback for any buyer who has done the same for us, usually within minutes. If you've already left feedback but not had this reciprocated within 24 hours, then please don't hesitate to contact us and we will manually do so.

If there is a problem and you are inclined to leave neutral or negative feedback then please contact us first to see if the problem can be amicably resolved. Usually the neutral and negative feedback are simply to solve with good communication.
