All returned or exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by your receipt - no exceptions.
Merchandise returned for exchange must not be washed, worn, altered, or faded.
Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. No returns or exchanges on open shirts.

In order to ensure the best customer service and hassle-free exchanges, please include the following:
1.) The merchandise to be exchanged Note: Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable exchange
2.) The receipt/packing slip as well as the reason for the exchange
3.) A new shipping label for the new items to be shipped back to you. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
If a shipping label is not included, you will be charged the appropriate amount in order to ship the exchanged item(s).
