does not accept other payment methods at this time.
Shipping Information and Returns
If the item isn’t exactly what you wanted – send it back. No questions asked! To ensure a speedy refund, please note the following terms and instructions:
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Raymond Weil timepieces
- Movado jewelry
- TAG Heuer timepieces
- Seiko timepieces
- Charles Krypell jewelry
- Milus timepieces
- Invicta timepieces
- Swiss Army timepieces
- Maurice Lacroix timepieces
- As soon as you decide you want to return the item, give our customer service team a heads up so we can track it. You can reach us toll free at 1-800-748-9592 Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM EST.
- We provide a self-addressed shipping label in every package we send. Affix the label to the original box and return it to us postmarked within 14 days from the time you received it.
- All returned items must be unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags attached.
- You will receive a refund of the sales price of the returned item minus $8.95 for return shipping. Expect to receive your refund within 5 business days from the time we receive your item.
