Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to post office boxes.
Q: Do you offer expedited or priority shipping?
A: Not at this time.
Q: How long does it take to get my item?
A: Your item will be delivered 8 to 13 business days after the Fashion Vault sales event ends.
Q: How do I check on the delivery of my item?
A: You can track your item in My eBay. Under My eBay, select “Won.” Then you can view the tracking number and other information for the items you purchased.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
A: Not at this time.

A: Every item we sell is 100% authentic and new with tags.
Q: When should I purchase a Fashion Vault item?
A: We have limited quantities of the fashions we sell, and every Fashion Vault sale is open for only a short time. To make sure you don’t miss out, purchase your item as soon as possible after the sale starts.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All sizing information is included in the listing.
Q: How do I pay for my item?
A: PayPal is the only payment method Fashion Vault Premium accepts at this time.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: If the item isn’t exactly what you wanted – send it back. No questions asked! To ensure a speedy refund, please note the following terms and instructions:

- As soon as you decide you want to return the item, give our customer service team a heads up so we can track it. You can reach us toll free at 1-800-748-9592 Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM EST.
- We provide a self-addressed shipping label in every package we send. Affix the label to the original box and return it to us postmarked within 14 days from the time you received it.
- Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.
- Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
- All returned items must be unworn and in the original packaging with the original tags attached.
- You will receive a refund of the sales price of the returned item minus $8.95 for return shipping. Expect to receive your refund within 5 business days from the time we receive your item.
- Exceptions will be made for defective items only. In the event the return is made due to defective merchandise, or a wrong item has been shipped, Fashion Vault Premium will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees back to Fashion Vault Premium, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or UPS GROUND. If any other methods are used (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day, etc) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or wrong shipped merchandise.
