How fast do you ship orders out?
We ship out all orders within 24 hours. Exceptions include holidays and Sundays when the postal service is closed. Some orders are shipped the same day if we receive the order early enough. We are unable to give a cut-off time because it depends on the volume of orders being processed that day. However, as stated above, all orders will go out within 24 hours.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders (USA): It depends on how your shipment was sent and where you are located. Shipments sent via USPS first class mail take about 2 to 5 days to arrive depending on your location (places such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories usually take the longest). If sent by USPS priority mail, it takes about 2 to 3 days depending on your location. If sent by USPS media mail, it can take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks. Though shipments taking 4 weeks to arrive are very rare, it can happen. The majority of shipments sent via the USPS are very reliable, but delays can occur. Therefore, we will only ship with delivery confirmation so we can track your shipment if a delay occurs.
International orders: Estimated delivery times vary greatly depending on where you're located. Normally, most shipments will arrive within one to two weeks. However, lengthy delays can occur with international shipping because of customs and security issues. Many factors contribute to the delays including custom's backlogs (where custom's offices have more packages to process than they can normally handle), security issues (where officials on both sides inspect packages more thoroughly due to heightened security levels), or general backlogs at destination country entry points. Though delays can occur, we will always stay in contact with you if it does.
Are all your products new and in the original packaging?
The majority of our products are brand new and in the original manufacturer's packaging. If it is a used item or is without the original packaging, we will specifically state so in the description. Though rarely, we do occasionally offer used products for sale and describe each item as well as we can. For those customer's unsure of any used item, we'd be more than happy to provide additional pictures for review. We do our best to scrutinize every product we sell and will only offer quality products.
Do you combine orders into one shipment?
Yes, we will combine all your orders into one shipment and calculate a new shipping cost. Just let us know when you are finished ordering and we will send you a single invoice with all items combined with a new shipping cost.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, if your combined order is valued over $60.00, domestic (U.S.) customers will receive free domestic (U.S.) shipping. International orders will receive a discount equal to the calculated domestic (U.S.) rate. We can calculate that discount if you contact us and let us know what items to combine.
I am an international customer and I'd like to have some type of tracking on my shipment. Do you offer that?
Tracking is not available through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for First Class International Mail. However, we can provide a confirmation number that shows the shipment was shipped through the U.S. Postal Service for proof of shipment (the number can be entered at the USPS web site). Tracking is only available officially through Express Mail International (Priority Mail International provides some tracking but is very limited). However, the costs for these methods are much higher than First Class Mail. We can ship your order with these services if you'd like.
Can I return an item I didn't like?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a refund.
What is your return policy?
Return the item to us in the same condition as you received it with a postmark no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. We will refund your purchase as soon as we receive it.
Do you collect sales taxes?
For Texas residents only. We collect a sales tax for any order that is shipped within the State of Texas. The tax rate is 8.25% (multiply the order total (do not include the shipping fee - only the item cost) by 0.0825 to calculate the tax).
We keep our shipping rates as low as possible. We don't charge any handling fees and charge only the cost of postage and the actual packaging cost.
We will combine purchases of different items into one shipment to save on shipping costs. If you would like to know the shipping cost for a combined purchase before purchasing, please contact us for a quote. Ebay's system doesn't always reliably calculate the correct combined shipping cost when you order. It oftentimes will be higher than the actual shipping cost. Let us know when you have finished shopping and we will combine the order for you into one invoice with the correct combined shipping cost.
We offer free shipping when your combined order purchase price is over a specified amount. That way our free shipping is actually free and not added to the price of the item. We don't try to fool our customers into believing they are getting free shipping when they're actually not getting it for free (when it's just added to the price of the item). If you receive free shipping from us, it really is free shipping.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt, oftentimes the same day if received early enough.

Please keep in mind that you may incur taxes and fees when receiving goods by mail. These costs vary between countries and it's your responsibility to pay these costs before any shipments are released to you by customs. There is usually a maximum amount you are allowed to receive per shipment before customs attaches taxes and fees, but it varies between different countries. Contact us if you have any questions about costs through customs.
Although we will guarantee we will ship out your order within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), we have no control over delays by the postal service and customs. Customs is where most delays occur and is mostly caused when they have to process more shipments than normal or due to increased security concerns. Larger items will invite more scrutiny due to security concerns than lighter items.
Most international orders will arrive within one to two weeks. If it is delayed due to customs, it can take 30 to 45 days to arrive. Shipments over 30 days are rare, but can happen. If it does, we will communicate with you during the delay.
