I explicitly ask the seller to measure the item and how to measure the item. The seller told me size and I trusted her when she told me the size. When the items arrived they were much smaller than what she said they were. So items were misrepresented. I did not want to ship back as I would be paying for sellers incompetence or laziness or lies about the size. Why should I pay for her misrepresentation? NEVER WILL USE THIS SELLER AGAIN. BE CAREFUL. I contacted her, but she was useless.

I am sorry you encountered an issue with this transaction. I did provide the extra measurements requested. I am not sure why our rulers did not agree. As I stated when you contacted me about this I will gladly accept a return for a full refund.
