Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: I will be glad to combine shipping for you for multiple orders. The charge will vary depending on the items ordered. Some may have free shipping while others may be discounted. When going through checkout, do a request total from the seller and request the combined shipping total. I will then send you a new invoice with the combined shipping total. You must contact me prior to paying for combined shipping. I will not refund money after payment.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Please refer to the information below under shipping policies for time frames. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please contact me to make sure I can complete your order in the time frame needed. Rush order charges and expedited shipping charges may apply.
Q: I have a coupon for your store, how can I use it?
A: All coupons MUST be presented to me prior to payment. You just need to email me prior to payment with the coupon code. I will then send you a new invoice with the discount applied. Once payment is received, I will not refund you for the coupon discount. You may however use it on any other order if it is presented BEFORE payment.
Q: Will you use my personal graphic or photo?
A: I will be glad to use the graphic or photo you provide, however, please keep in mind that the finished product is only good as the graphic or photo provided. If you have any concerns please email me the sample first.
Q: What if I need a different quantity than you have listed?
A: I will be glad to sell you any amount you need. Just email me requesting the quantity needed and I will be glad to give you a price quote.
Q: I see a graphic I like on an invitation but I don’t see it on your graphics page. Can it be used on other products?
A: All my graphics can be used on any of my products. I gather new graphics and designs daily so it is hard to keep the graphics page up-to-date. Everything can be coordinated to match at no additional charge.
Q: What colors do you offer?
A: I have a color chart for your reference but your choices are not limited to those shown. This is just a sample. If you don’t see what you need, just ask and I will do my best to match your request. I do not print metallic colors so if you choose a color like gold, silver, or bronze, it will be a matte color. Please also keep in mind that monitors do vary and resolutions can show colors differently on different monitors. If you have purchased your wedding gowns online and can give me a website to view the color that is also helpful so I can make sure I do my best to match what you need.
Q: I don’t like the wording shown. Can I use my own?
A: I have a invitation wording page listed for your reference, however, you are always welcome to use any wording you choose. This also applies for tags and other items in my store.
Q: Do you offer your items for babies, anniversary, birthday or other events you choose?
A: Absolutely! I will gladly change the wording to meet your needs for whatever event you desire. Just let me know what you need and I will be glad to design it for you.
Q: Do you print your items in Spanish?
A: I will be glad to print in Spanish for you as long as the exact wording is provided. I am not fluent in reading or writing Spanish but will gladly do as you request.
Q: Can I purchase your items without personalization at a discount?
A: Since personalization is always free, you are paying for the design, product, and design time. For this reason, there is no discount for non-personalized items.
Q: I have seen your graphics with other sellers. Are they your own designs?
A: All designs are either designed exclusively by me or are purchased by me for a fee. They are all copyrighted and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission. I will report all sellers who violate these rights. Designers can be found below.

Information regarding proofs
Most proofs are processed within 3 business days. Larger orders may take longer. If you don’t hear from me in this time frame, please contact me to see if there is a communication problem. Please read all auctions carefully to make sure you have provided me with all the information needed. If you do not have all your information yet, please just email me and let me know so I can mark your order on hold.
Please check your proofs carefully for any changes or corrections. Once approval is given I will not be responsible for any changes or corrections. Most items immediately are sent to print so any changes after approval will be the responsibility of the customer. I will send an email confirming your approval so you know it has been received.
Please note that I will make unlimited changes to your proofs so you can get complete satisfaction.
Turn Around Time
Once approval is given please allow the following times for processing. Please read the NOTES AND NEWS section on my store home page www.favorsforyou.net for any delays or updates. You will receive a confirmation email through ebay when your approval is given. If you do not receive this email then your approval has not been received.
Please realize that during the busy wedding season (mainly summer) orders may take longer. They are processed in the order they are received.

I ship all items through the USPS, which offers the following approximate deliver times:
Shipping is done within the United States Monday-Friday via the USPS. Shipping times given by the United States Postal Service are as follows: Domestic First Class: 2-9 days Domestic Priority: 2-3 days Domestic Express: next day to MOST areas International Priority: 6-10 days International First Class: varies by location.
Please note that during busy times, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer. Please plan accordingly.
I will be glad to ship to a different address on file. If you purchase multiple items and need each item shipped to a different location, you will need to pay the shipping charge for each location. If sending as a gift, I will gladly send a gift card with the message of your choice.

I always send a proof for approval before printing. I WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL APPROVAL IS GIVEN!!! Again, please check your proofs carefully. I will not be responsible for any changes or corrections once approval is given unless there is an error on my part during printing which differs from the approved proof. This rarely happens as most items print directly from the proof. However, if it would occur I will gladly reprint the items for you or offer you a full refund on the purchase price. You must notify me within 3 days if there is problem with your order. I strive to please all my customers so please do not leave negative feedback without contacting me first. I will do everything I can to make this a pleasurable experience for both of us. If there is a change or correction once approval has been given, I will reprint the items for at a discounted price and normal shipping charges will apply.
I will gladly provide you with a store credit for items not printed. If the proof has already been started, there is a 25% design fee charged. Therefore your credit will be adjusted accordingly. If the proof has not been started, then you will receive a store credit for your full purchase price. NO other refunds will be provided.
