| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If there is a problem please contact me so we can resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback! I will happily refund the cost of the purchased item once the item is shipped back to me and I verify that it is the item that was sent. Please repackage item in a similar way, re-using the original packing materials if possible. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. On multiple purchases the weight is combined and only one handling fee is charged. If purchasing more than two items it is best to let me send you an invoice to ensure that you receive the full discount. I will be happy to give you a shipping estimate prior to your purchase ~ just include the name of items and State, Country & Postal Code. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I usually go to the post office every morning and sometimes on Saturdays. I also have packages picked up by our mailman every afternoon. Auctions that end at night will usually be sent out the following morning. If you are in a rush to get your purchase please choose Priority mail. It is usually not much more and your item will arrive much quicker. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping & handling covers the costs of shipping your item, time spent packaging and materials used, as well as frequent trips to the post office so your item arrives as soon as possible.
My Handling fee is $2.18(US) which helps cover the cost of packing tape, envelopes, bags, ink & paper for printing shipping labels & $0.18 delivery confirmation. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship Worldwide and have been very successful with packages arriving at their destinations. Sometimes overseas shipping does get held up in customs but as of May 14, 2007 International shipping has been updated and seems to be running much smoother. I strongly suggest insuring overseas packages. Email me if you would like your packages customs #. |
| Q:Will you mark Gift on the Customs Form? |

| A:Sorry, this is my business and I will not jeopardize it by fraudulently filling out customs forms. Please don't ask me to mark it as a gift or to alter the purchase price - all transactions on Ebay are recorded. I don't know all the customs rules for all of the countries in the world. The buyers responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees. |
| Q:Do items come from a Smoke Free or Pet Free Home? |

| A:My home is smoke free and my Ebay office is pet free. On Previously owned items I do not always know the complete history unless they belonged to me or my children. New items from Russ, Schleich, and JooJoo come direct from the manufacturer so they are never on a shelf or played with and are kept wrapped in plastic until I take them out to ship. |
| Q:Can I send a Money Order? |

| A:Due to a new Ebay policy, Money Orders will no longer be accepted. All Payments must be made through Paypal. |
| Q:Will you break up a lot of items and sell just one? |
|
| A:Once I list a group of items together I do not end the listing early and then break up the lot, retake pictures and relist. It costs too much for the litsing fees. Also, I have done this a couple times and then the buyer decided not to purchase so I try to price lots low enough that even if you don't want one or two items it is still a good deal. |
| Q:I live near you, Will you meet me somewhere or let me pick an item up to save on shipping? |

| A:No. Due to safety concerns I am not going to meet someone that I don't know in a parking lot somewhere to exchange a product for cash. I am not saying that you are neccessarily a bad person but since I don't know you I can not be sure of that and I am not going to put myself and my children in a possible dangerous situation. |
| Q:Special Note About First Class International Shipping!!!! |

| A:First Class International is the cheapest way to mail packages overseas. I have had good luck with this service but you should know that there is no way to track or insure packages. This is a risk that you the BUYER are taking when choosing this service. I will have proof I sent the package but there will be no way to prove that you didn't get it. |
| Q:I went out of town and did not pick up my package from the post office will you resend it to me? |

| A:Packages returned to me and marked as unclaimed will not be resent for free! I will not pay for postage twice! The buyer has always claimed that the post office never left a notice that they had a package to pick up. If you KNOW that you have purchased something and it has not arrived PLEASE go to YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire about it! |
| Q:Are all of your New With Tags Clothing straight from the manufacturer? |

| A:No. Most of my new with tags clothing are shelf pulls from retail stores. Some of them may have been tried on in store dressing rooms. I usually also get items that are sealed in plastic and these have not been tried on. I do inspect each piece for any snags or make-up smears and will note anything I find in the item description. |
